LOAD PROFILE OF WORKFORCE USING WESTINGHOUSE METHOD IN WAREHOUSE WORK SYSTEM

Workers play a crucial role in company, and their workload significantly influences productivity. This research was conducted manufacturing specifically the Warehouse Department (storage section), due to indications of low The objective analyze profiles workers storage section company’s warehouse. analysis using Westinghouse method, which considers skill, effort, condition, consistency analyzing work time. Cycle time standard calculated considering rating factors allowances. results revealed that four this experienced levels 68% for Worker 1, 28% 2, 57% 3, 50% 4. Overall, exhibited an underloaded profile. highest underload observed indicating lowest productivity among workers. Based on these findings, it is recommended enrich job tasks warehouse or consider transferring them other departments require additional workforce improve current system warehouse.
